The Lies About Women’s Bodies Need to Be Killed, Not Repeated
There’s a level of confidence people have when talking about women’s bodies that is honestly insane, because the louder they sound, the less they actually know, and somehow those same lies keep getting repeated like facts.
And the worst part is, those lies don’t just stay as jokes or comments, they get into women’s heads, they sit there, and they start shaping how you see yourself without you even realizing it.
One of the most ridiculous ones is how people talk about the vagina like it’s something that loses value, shape, or “tightness” depending on who you’ve been with, like it’s some object that changes permanently based on experience.
That’s not how a vagina works.
It’s muscle, it stretches, it contracts, it adjusts, and then it goes right back, the same way your body is designed to do.
Anything else is just people talking without understanding basic biology.
Then you’ve got the obsession with how a vagina is supposed to smell, like it needs to be fruity, sweet, or artificial in some way to be “clean.”
That’s another lie.
A vagina is part of a human body, not a perfume bottle, and trying to force it to smell like something unnatural can actually mess with your health more than help it.
And don’t even get into the confusion people still have about basic anatomy, mixing up different parts of the body, not understanding what’s external, what’s internal, how things actually function.
It’s wild that something so basic is still misunderstood.

There’s also this constant habit of blaming everything on hormones, like anytime a woman feels something, anger, sadness, frustration, it gets reduced to “it must be her cycle.”
Sometimes it’s not hormones.
Sometimes it’s the situation, the people, the environment, and that reaction is completely valid.
And another thing that needs to be said clearly, women’s bodies are not fragile the way people try to make them seem.
Lifting weights doesn’t “ruin” you, existing in your body doesn’t damage you, and living your life normally is not going to break something that was built to function.
The problem is not the body, it’s the misinformation, the jokes, the comments, the fake science that gets passed around until it sounds believable.
And once you start questioning it, actually breaking it down, you realize how much of it was never real to begin with.
At the end of the day, your body does not need approval from people who don’t even understand it.
And the moment you stop listening to voices that were never informed in the first place, you start seeing yourself a lot more clearly.
